 IAIM has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Our site's registration form requires members to give us contact information from the registration form to send the member our electronic magazine and other information about the association's products and services. The member's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings.

We will not give, or sell your Email address. The only exception to this is if we sell our association.  In that case, you will be given at least two weeks notice so that you can opt out before the sale.

The association will have the power and authority to indemnify and hold harmless to the full extent permitted by law any person who is or was a director, officer, committee or council member, employee or agent of the Association or who is or was serving at the request of the Association as a director, officer, employee, or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, foundation or other enterprise.  In addition, the Association will purchase and maintain insurance on behalf of any person who is or was a director, officer, committee or council member, employee or agent of the Association who is serving at the request of the Association as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, foundation or other enterprise against any liability asserting against such person and incurred in any such capacity or arising out of such person's status as such, regardless of whether the Association would have the power to indemnify against such liability.

This site contains links to other sites and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Our site uses an order form for members to request information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our association to our members. The member's contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary. Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected used to bill the user for products and services. It is never divulged to any outside party.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our shopping cart is run on a secure server. If you directly Email us, we suggest that you send two Emails and break your credit card in two. Send half the number in one Email and the other half plus the expiration date in the other Email.

This site gives members the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Anti-Spam Policy

We do not send emails to people that do not have a relationship with our company. This relationship can start in the following ways:

The person:

• Opted in to one of our email lists either at one of our sites or one of our partner sites.

• Requested a free email course.

• Filled out an online survey in return for a gift.

• Entered a drawing or contest either online or in-person at a live event

• Purchased a product.

• Became an affiliate of our sites.
